1. Do I need to register at to buy an item?

Yes, needs information about the customer for transaction purposes.


2. Do you deliver outside Metro Manila? How much is the delivery cost?

We only deliver within Metro Manila. If you are interested in our products but live outside Metro Manila please contact us for special arrangement.

3. How soon before my order is processed for delivery?

As soon as your payment is verified, we are going to process your order immediately. Estimated time of delivery depends on the item. Please check the delivery tab of each item for reference.


4. Will replace an item if it is found defective upon opening?

Yes, will replace the item if it has been confirmed to be damaged or defective at the time of receipt. Items subject for replacement must be reported immediately within 24 hours upon receiving of the product. Customer should bring the item to be replaced to our Dexterton main office or ship it back at customer's expense. Dexrterton Sale will be responsible in shipping the item back to the customer.


5. Does allow returns?

Yes, allows an item to be returned within 7 days as long as it is with the official receipt, unopened, unused and in its original packaging.  The item may be returned directly at Dexterton main office or courier back to us at customers' expense. The amount to be refunded will be charged a 5% restocking fee.


6. What modes of payment do we accept?

Customer has the option to select Paypal as the payment processor using the following major credit cards(Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Direct Debit) or telegraphic transfer to our BDO bank account.
